Styling was a fun task to work on. I won’t say it was easy as I did it by myself in a hotel room while isolating but it was definitely exciting to stimulate creativity through photography in a rather random way.
I am satisfied with the work I did for this task, got to play around with different clothing, footwear and accessories. I believe I understood superficially the concept of styling, not in a professional way but the idea of possibilities that can be created through it. I liked the way I made a piece of clothing serve for a different purpose and even take away it’s purpose (image or stepping into the bag).
I believe that I could have done better in the sense of using even more of the environment around me, but a hotel room didn’t feel much interesting to me. If I had to choose one lesson or think about the best description for this task outcome was understanding and learning the possibility of creativity that can come from styling, but other than that I would, honestly, describe myself as ordinary despite of the fun I had with and the lovely colours I played with.
